• Courier services do not allow customers to open or check parcels before full payment. Kindly cooperate with us and the courier company
• 1-day Money Back Guarantee – claim within 24 hours of parcel delivery to your home.
• Exchanges are valid only in case of a defective product claimed within 7 days
• Please ensure the correct size is selected while placing your order to avoid inconvenience
• In case of a size exchange, a charge of Rs. 150 will apply after we receive the returned product
• If a product is defective or incorrectly shipped, the company will refund or exchange it free of cost
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are processed after successful telephonic verification. However, Abdanis reserves the right to process COD orders without verification for verified customers or during high-volume periods, including sales, season launches, and promotions
• Orders are typically delivered within 3–10 business days after dispatch
• After payment authorization, order processing and shipment may take up to 2 business days
• Delivery timelines are estimates and exclude weekends and public holidays
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
• Delivery may take longer in remote areas of Pakistan

• The item is damaged, stained, defective, or incomplete
• The product is unused and in its original packaging, with all tags and protective stickers intact
• An incorrect size was delivered (different from the size ordered)
