• The item is damaged, stained, defective, or incomplete
• The product is unused and in its original packaging, with all tags and protective stickers intact
• An incorrect size was delivered (different from the size ordered)

• If the item was delivered correctly but you wish to return it due to personal preference or an incorrect order placed, the return request must be made within 7–10 working days of delivery
• In such cases, return courier charges and re-delivery charges will be borne by the customer
